2024 Evaluation Information

Evaluations are set for February 3rd with a rain date of February 4th. We want to get this season kicked off with a fun day of playing ball but we need your help! Volunteers are needed to help run evaluations. Click here to sign up for one of these volunteer roles. We appreciate the support!

The canteen will be open with hot chocolate and coffee for sale to help keep everyone warm that day. Stop by for a cup while you're there.

We will also be selling some very reasonably priced gear that day. We will have cleats, some new and some used, but mostly for our younger players. We will also have some pants, shirts, etc that are mostly used but would be great for practice if nothing else. So even if your players are too young to participate in evaluations, stop by and check it out, we might have something for you! Additionally, if you have any gently used gear that someone else may be able to use, please consider bringing it in to donate at the equipment table.

Here is the schedule for evaluations:

Coach Pitch Baseball - 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM - Field 1

Coach Pitch Softball - 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM - Field 2

Minors Softball - 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM - Field 2

Majors Softball - 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM - Field 2

Minors, Majors and Intermediate Baseball - 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM - Field 1

Please note that evaluations are only for those players in Coach Pitch level or above. Tee Ball and Rookie Ball players do not participate in evaluations.
