March 8 Opening Day for Trenholm Little League

It was a beautiful day in Forest Acres on Saturday as yesterday marked the start of the 35th season of Trenholm Little League. TLL celebrated this by having its first of two opening days as the league had games and picture day at both Trenholm Park and North Trenholm Baptist Church.

At Trenholm Park, there were Coach Pitch Softball Games and Tee Ball Games at Sonny Jones Field (TP2) and Rookie Ball Games and Tee Ball Games Bill Griffin Field (TP1). At North Trenholm Baptist, there were Coach Pitch Baseball Games.

At Trenholm Park, Mason of the Columbia Fireflies came by and greeted the players and their families. Mason and his Columbia Fireflies friends handed out fliers for Trenholm Little League Day Game at Segra Park on Sunday, April 27!

As far as food selections at Trenholm Park, we had Kona Ice, Vicious Biscuit Slim Chickens and Crumbl Cookies for sale! There was something for everyone's appetite!
