First, let us say that we apologize for the delay in communication on evaluations. We have been monitoring the weather to try to make the right call about whether we should hold evaluations this coming weekend as scheduled or move them to another time. 

Due to the weather forecast, player evaluations are shifting to next week. Our goal is to move players through efficiently so everyone can get in and out as quickly as possible. Updated dates and times will be reflected in the schedule below. 

Important Division Notes

Intermediate Baseball and Seniors Softball players do NOT need to attend. These divisions will NOT be evaluated at this time as their season will have a later start date, stay tuned for further updates.

Coach Pitch divisions will NOT be evaluated this season. We apologize for any inconvenience but we have over 200 kids in Coach Pitch divisions alone and we're on a tight timeline to get drafts completed and jerseys ordered as soon as possible. We will be in touch with Coach Pitch coaches separately regarding what to expect going forward with the draft process. 

Tee Ball and Rookie Ball players do NOT have evaluations (except where noted as special requests below).

Player Schedule
Please arrive in a timely manner so that your player's group can get started at the scheduled start time. We have grouped players together based on their division and their age. If you requested to move up or down a division, please check the arrival time for the division that you requested. If you fall into the special requests category, you'll be getting a separate email to confirm. These are only for previously received requests. Reply to this email if you have any questions about which group your player should be in.

Volunteers Needed

Coaches
If you are coaching this season, please plan to attend and help. Baseball coaches may assist with softball if needed, and softball coaches may assist with baseball as needed. You are not allowed to score an evaluation for a division you will be coaching but you can run stations and volunteer in other ways. 

Donations
Thanks to a few local girl scouts and former TLL players there will be a donation table setup at evaluations. Families are encouraged to bring what you have, take what you need.

We realize this is not an ideal scenario but we are working hard and doing the best we can to help the kids have a successful season. We appreciate everyone's support in helping make evaluations run smoothly.
