The TLL Constitution outlines how Trenholm Little League operates and is reviewed on an annual basis. It was reviewed and approved by Little League International in January of 2023.

The Constitution is reviewed at the Annual Meeting of the Members of the League. This is held each year between August 15 and September 15 for the purpose of electing new Members, electing the Board of Directors, receiving reports, reviewing the Constitution, appointing committees, and for the transaction of such business as may properly come before the meeting.
